My holistic approach means that we look at physical, mental, emotional and even spiritual challenges that could be contributing to your health. In my Kre8 Health coaching packages, you get a personal exercise plan but we also get right into the weeds of who you are and all of your lifestyle choices. It’s the most effective way to tackle the root causes of health challenges and destructive habits, but I get it – not everyone wants to go that deep.
That’s why I’ve launched ‘Just Move’, my new exercise-only programmes tailored for those who just want a workout.

Here's How It Works
Consultation
We begin with a 15-minute Zoom consultation and a series of online questionnaires.Â
I’ll find out exactly where you’re starting from, what equipment you have, how much time you can commit to your exercise routine, and your fitness related goals.
Personalised Workout
Then, I design your personal plan. You’ll get access to your workouts in my VIP App, for easy tracking and progress monitoring.
And if it’s a home routine, I can record a video of myself guiding you through it in real time – like I’m right there with you.
Progression
I recommend updating your exercise routine every 6 weeks. This ensures that you continue to progress; challenging your body to get stronger, fitter, and healthier over time.
You can book a follow-up consultation at any time to get your workout updated.
Generic Exercise Programmes
Working with me on an individual basis will give you the best chance of success on your fitness journey and also reduce the likelihood of injury. However, I also provide great value generic exercise programmes that you may wish to consider.
