About Course

This 5-day flexibility course gives you different types of stretches to help release tension from the body and mind.

You can do these stretches right where you are; in the office or at home, at any time during your day. There’s no getting up and down from the floor, you don’t need to be wearing lycra and you don’t need to invest in expensive equipment.
Stretching and mobilising your body will improve your posture, relieve your aches and pains, release emotional tension and help you to refocus on your work.
You deserve a 10-minute break to give your body and mind some much-needed self-care.
With 5 different routines to choose from you can stick with the one you like or do a different one each day to stop you from getting bored.
You have nothing to lose except that stiff neck and back and you’ll be giving yourself the gift of better mobility and improved mood.
