We welcome your suggestions, ideas, comments, and other feedback regarding our services. By submitting feedback, you grant us the right to use the feedback without any restriction or any compensation to you.
Accessing Content / Delivery
Digital Products
Course content can be accessed immediately after successful payment via our website or app.
Physical Products
Your product will be posted to you using your selected delivery method. Delivery times may vary depending on the provider. Delays from this service are beyond our control, but we will do our best to communicate expected lead times on deliveries during the order process.
Services
You will be directed to our booking calendar to request your preferred appointment date and time. A regular appointment time will be given to clients when possible but is not guaranteed.
You have until 5 pm the day before an appointment to cancel or rearrange a session. If you notify Re-activ8 on the same day or after 5 pm the day before the appointment you will forfeit that session. If for any reason your practitioner needs to cancel your appointment and does not give 24 hours’ notice you will receive one complimentary session.
Security
We care about the security of our users. While we have safeguards and work to protect the security of your account and related information, Re-activ8 cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. Please notify us immediately of any compromise or unauthorised use of your account.
Payments
Re-activ8 offer paid services (e.g. courses, services, memberships, gift vouchers) for a fee. Unless otherwise stated, fees are quoted in local currency. You are responsible for paying all fees charged on time with a payment mechanism associated with the applicable paid service. If your payment method fails or your account is overdue, we may collect fees using other collection mechanisms.
Pricing
Prices may vary based on your location and other factors, and Re-activ8 reserves the right to change any fees at any time at its sole discretion. Any change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting through the relevant services. Refunds may be available for paid services as described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Payment options
Payment for services can be taken in one payment, or via a monthly payment plan.
Payment Plans
When choosing the payment plan option Re-activ8 will take an initial deposit upon purchase and the remaining balance will then be taken in equal, fixed amounts for the period of your chosen plan.
Payments will automatically be collected each month until the end of the plan.
If your card expires or if a payment is not authorised, we will retry payment up to three times. Upon the third failure, your course or membership will be put “On Hold” and will be inaccessible until the payment issue is resolved. All course progress will be saved. Your course/membership will be taken off hold once you have resumed the payment plan from your account.
Disclaimer
By purchasing courses on this website, you acknowledge that you have decided to participate voluntarily and without the approval of your physician and do hereby assume all responsibility for your participation. The exercise instruction and health advice presented by Re-activ8 are in no way intended as a substitute for medical consultation and we will not be responsible or liable for any injury, legal, or medical fees sustained as a result of your participation.
Exercise, diet and holistic lifestyle coaching are not intended as diagnosis, prescription, treatment, or cure for any disease and are not intended as a substitute for regular medical care.
It is a matter for clients to satisfy themselves as to their medical and physical condition to adopt the recommendations suggested by the Coach. Notwithstanding a user’s medical or physical condition, no responsibility or liability is accepted by Re-activ8 for any loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of adopting the recommendations.
Re-activ8 will not be held liable for failure to diagnose or treat an illness, nor will Re-activ8 be liable for failure to prevent future illness.
